Pet Costume Parade

Starts and ends at 500 Main Street

Join our sponsors, Springfield Animal Clinic and Margolis Orthodontics for a Pet costume Parade!

All well behaved pets on a leash or in a pet carrier are welcome to dress up and walk in our sidewalk parade!  Decorate a wagon and make a float for your pet! Any pet can join the parade!  

Don't have a pet but want to be in the parade?  Great!  Dust off your Halloween costume and join us! Adults and children are encouraged to participate in costume with their pets!

There will be students from the Minnechaug Canine Club with an obstacle course from their Dog Show for pets to try out.

Parking is at the Wilbraham United Church Parking Lot at 500 Main Street. Parade route is an easy 1/4 mile promenade up to Crane Park, down towards the Library, across Crane Office Park, over the footbridge to the Fire Station and ends right back at United Church.

Together with the Soule Road PTO and One Book One Community join us for an outdoor movie celebrating this summer's One Book selection, James and the Giant Peach!

Hotdogs and popcorn will be available for sale by the Soule Road PTO.

Bring a comfortable chair and join us!

Floating Lantern Festival for Hope and Health

Bruuer Pond, Main Street Wilbraham 

Help us raise funds for the Commission on Disability to help them help our neighbors living with disabilities. This event is an opportunity to quietly reflect, thankfully contemplate and actionably help your fellow neighbors.

Lanterns are available for purchase at United Church, 500 Main Street on the night of the event.  

Please park at United Church and walk over to Bruuer Pond (1 block). Only handicap parking will be allowed at the pond.

This is a peace and quiet event, feel free to quietly sit in the park and watch the lanterns float.  Please remind children to whisper and use the opportunity to be quiet and still.

Wilbraham And Monson Academy Sledding Hill


Because of the generosity of LUSO Federal Credit Union we are literally going to bring our community together! The first 400 participants will receive a colored tshirt and be asked to join the gathering on the sledding hill.  An aerial photograph will be taken to document the World Record Attempt.

Participants will have an opportunity to purchase a copy of the photo provided by G&B Photography.

The Blue Ribbon Tent is an exhibit at the Peach Blossom Festival that provides an opportunity for anyone in our community to showcase their talents through submissions!

What is a submission?

A submission can be anything that you have made or collected. Think artwork, baked goods, hobbies, collections,

do you have a green thumb?

Categories are judged the morning the festival and ribbons awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Places!

Participation ribbons are awarded in the children's division!
